About Rohmann Automation
Rohmann's palletising and depalletising cells combine robot arms, conveyors, grippers, sensors and application software around a defined material flow. A 2D lidar in one palletising configuration monitors the position of the pallet and its load so the control system can coordinate handling.
The company delivers the complete cell, including commissioning and the logic connecting each subsystem. That project model also supports laser-processing, stock-detection and quality-assurance applications with interfaces to wider factory systems.

Two industrial robots simultaneously feed and unload aluminium profiles around an automated drilling and milling machine. The sensing system identifies displaced, rotated or tilted pallets without fixed magazines. Rohmann-Automation supplied the software, integration, commissioning and remote-maintenance layer.
