About Supero

Supero develops Supero Finish, a robotic surface-finishing system combining three-dimensional scanning, automatic toolpath generation and force-controlled sanding and polishing. Its SUPERO OS software reconstructs the actual workpiece, lets an operator select an area on the digital twin, and checks paths for collisions, reachability and singularities before execution. A Zivid 2+ LR110 camera supplies aligned geometry, colour and surface-normal data for variable freeform parts.

The system works with industrial and collaborative robot arms, including Universal Robots models, and supports external axes to extend the working area. Operators can adjust tool force, feed speed and rotation speed, then rescan replacement parts through the same interface. Supero targets automotive, marine, aerospace and additive-manufacturing applications. It is developed and operated by G-nous Tech S.r.l. in Bari, Italy; broader applications such as welding and inspection remain part of its expansion plans.
