About E-COBOT

At CAVAC, a UR10e performs palletising and production-support work within the site's material flow. E-COBOT designed the application around the arm, combining conveyors, fixtures, controls and the commissioning work required for use on an operating line.

Its project model begins with the production task and extends through cell engineering, digital tools and operator handover. The same approach is used for packaging, machine tending and vision-guided applications across French manufacturing sites.

    The cell combines a Universal Robots UR10e, a bag-specific Joulin vacuum gripper and Robotiq’s PE10 lifting and palletizing kit. It places up to 600 kilograms of five-kilogram bags into pallet boxes every 15 minutes while protecting the flexible packaging. Safety scanners create slowdown and stop zones, enabling near-autonomous operation without fixed perimeter barriers.
