About AegisX
OpenLink distributes many small radar nodes across the protected area instead of relying on one large central sensor. Each unit contributes detections to a common network, creating intersecting coverage close to terrain and infrastructure where low-flying aircraft can remain below the line of sight of conventional surveillance radar.
The nodes are intended to use automotive-style manufacturing and software-defined processing, with signed track records and federated learning supporting network updates. AegisX offers evaluation access and a sensor-as-a-service model, but the platform remains at technology-readiness level five rather than a widely fielded operational radar network.
