About Automatech Robotik
Automatech Robotik develops turnkey production cells for wood products and metal fabrication. Its named systems automate CNC loading, nesting-line unloading, dowel insertion and welding, while custom projects extend into palletising, painting, sanding, polishing, machining and assembly. Vision and part-identification software let a robot recognise incoming components and retrieve the corresponding machining programme instead of relying on one repeated part format.
The Arsenal cell manages a pod-and-rail CNC from material intake through dimensional identification, vacuum-fixture placement, machining, cleaning and sorted output. Its accumulation zones allow the robot to feed one side while the CNC works on the other, supporting batch-size-one production and long unattended periods. Automatech develops grippers, controls and line logic around the customer's process and installs the complete system. The Quebec company has worked in factory automation since 1997 and reports projects across hundreds of North American plants.
