Ekso Bionics
About
About Ekso Bionics
Ekso Bionics builds wearable powered systems for people with lower-extremity weakness or paralysis. EksoNR is a clinical rehabilitation device with adjustable bilateral or unilateral assistance for gait training after spinal cord injury, stroke and other authorised neurological conditions. Ekso Indego Therapy and Personal use a separate modular exoskeleton architecture for rehabilitation and eligible personal mobility.
The products are fitted, programmed and supported through trained clinical teams or certified personal-use programmes. EksoNR is limited to rehabilitation centres and fits adults within a defined height and weight range. The company is also developing Nomad, a next-generation personal-mobility system targeted for general commercialisation late in 2026 following clinical and user evaluation; that programme remains separate from currently cleared EksoNR functions.
