About Wandercraft
Atalante X uses powered hip, knee and ankle joints with active balance control to support hands-free gait rehabilitation. Therapists can select walking patterns and assistance modes for patients with severe gait impairments, including people who cannot rely on crutches or upper-body support.
Eve applies the same self-balancing principle to personal mobility at home and in the community. Wandercraft is building a continuum from clinical rehabilitation with Atalante X to upright everyday movement with Eve, alongside distribution and regulatory programmes for consumer access.

Events
- 2026-10-01 - Acquisition - Wandercraft completes acquisition of Ekso Bionics operating business
Atalante X and EksoNR together support patients at more than 700 rehabilitation centers worldwide. Wandercraft intends to keep supporting Atalante X, EksoNR, Eve and Indego Personal. Source - 2026-09-17 - Product Launch - Wandercraft commercially launches Eve exoskeleton in the U.S.
Eve is the first FDA-cleared personal exoskeleton without restrictions based on the neurological level of spinal cord injury, extending eligibility beyond previously cleared devices. National Seating & Mobility, Wandercraft's exclusive Complex Rehabilitation Technology distribution partner for Eve, will support evaluation, education, access and delivery through a network of more than 180 locations. Medicare covers qualifying personal exoskeletons as custom-fitted orthoses under HCPCS billing code K1007, with Department of Veterans Affairs access via USVetServ, workers' compensation programmes and self-pay financing options also in place.

Initial development targets handling boxes, parcels, tyres, panels and carts across industrial and logistics workflows. Finer picking and sorting functions were being developed and tested as extensions to larger-object handling. The production programme draws on Renault Group’s manufacturing, procurement and design-to-cost expertise.
Source - 2026-08-11 - Regulatory - Wandercraft receives FDA clearance for Eve personal exoskeleton
Eve is intended for level indoor surfaces and level surfaces in immediately adjacent open-air areas such as patios and terraces, under the supervision of a specially trained companion. The clearance builds on Atalante X, Wandercraft's self-balancing rehabilitation exoskeleton used in more than 150 rehabilitation and research centres worldwide. Medicare has provided a reimbursement pathway for eligible personal exoskeleton users under DMEPOS billing code K1007 since 2024, with Wandercraft anticipating Eve could become eligible within 60 to 90 days.
Source - 2026-07-27 - Regulatory - Ecuador authorises Wandercraft Atalante X for clinical rehabilitation
The authorised uses cover rehabilitation associated with spinal-cord injury, stroke-related hemiplegia and multiple sclerosis. Clínica de Lesiones Deportivas in Quito is the first announced Ecuador installation site. The clinic describes Atalante X as forthcoming in 2026; authorisation is not represented as an already operating installation.
