7robotics designs cells around a customer’s actual part flow, combining ABB industrial robots with grippers, cameras, conveyors, motors and application-specific end-of-arm tooling. Digital models and RobotStudio simulation are used to check reach, collisions and cycle time before the physical cell is built.
Delivery continues through panel building, robot programming, HMI development, installation and production support. The company is particularly oriented toward difficult building-products and fabrication processes where materials vary in size or presentation and a standard catalogue cell cannot simply be installed unchanged.

7robotics won ABB Robotics most-innovative-solution recognition at the ABB Robotics Value Provider Awards. The recognized robotic pallet-building system was developed with Canopy Lumber Products. The system automates pallet nailing and stacking with safety zones, product-present checks, drop detection and multi-SKU flexibility.
