Topstar manufactures industrial robots together with injection-moulding machinery and the automation that surrounds them. Its robot range includes SCARA, six-axis, delta and collaborative arms for handling, assembly, packaging and new-energy manufacturing. The company also develops servo systems, controllers, machine vision and auxiliary equipment used to coordinate the robot with the production process.
A customer can purchase an individual arm or commission an integrated line combining injection moulding, part removal, inspection, assembly and material handling. Topstar designs the fixtures, end effectors, controls and data interfaces and supports installation through its Chinese manufacturing and service network. Newer development also includes wheeled humanoid and quadruped platforms, extending the company’s motion and control technology beyond established factory cells.
