About
About Ewellix
Ewellix’s products convert motor rotation into controlled linear force and travel. Its portfolio includes ball and roller screws, linear guides, lifting columns and electromechanical actuators ranging from compact adjustment units to heavy-duty systems. Products such as the EMA-100 combine a screw drive, motor interface and housing in a sealed module, with roller-screw variants supporting higher loads than equivalent ball-screw configurations.
Machine builders integrate these components into cobots, medical equipment, agricultural machinery, mobile platforms and factory automation. Ewellix helps size an actuator around load, speed, stroke, duty cycle, environment and control interface, then supplies standard or customised mechanical and electronic configurations. Schaeffler completed its acquisition of Ewellix in 2023, and the current business operates within Schaeffler’s linear-motion portfolio while retaining the Ewellix product name across existing systems.
