About
About Hirebotics
Hirebotics builds its programming workflow around the person who already understands the part. Operators guide the tool by hand and capture a path with the Smart Puck on welding and cutting systems, or a spray-gun handle on painting equipment. Beacon then combines that path with process settings such as travel speed and wire feed to run the robot.
The same platform stores programmes and exposes production information across cells and sites, including completed parts, cycle times and consumable use. Teams can share programmes, manage operator access and export production history. Complete cells pair the robot with process equipment, while in-app support and optional Beacon Care services cover operating assistance, loaner equipment and training.

Timeline
Events
- 2026-09-14 - Capability - Hirebotics adds conveyor line tracking and modular linear rail
Line Tracking lets Cobot Painter detect and coat parts while they continue moving, compensating for changes in conveyor speed through the Beacon no-code platform. The rail is available in five-foot increments or custom lengths for large workpieces and can support welding, cutting and painting systems. Hirebotics plans automated rail movement by the end of 2026; the initial release extends physical reach while preserving the existing Beacon workflow.
