Jonas & Redmann develops production machinery around the process being automated, combining robotic handling, feeding, assembly, laser processing, inspection and software within complete lines. Its battery work includes cell stacking, Z-folding and module processes, while photovoltaic systems cover wafer, cell and module production steps.
The company moves projects from process development and pilot equipment into serial production systems, integrating metrology, traceability and manufacturing-execution interfaces around each line. Medical and general-industry programmes use the same engineering model for regulated assembly and test equipment. Global commissioning, service, spare parts and production support extend delivery beyond the initial machine installation.

- 2020-11-20 - Facility Opening - Jonas & Redmann opens €25 million Berlin headquarters
The site occupies 23,000 square metres and includes 8,000 square metres of production hall space. More than 400 employees moved to the campus, where development and engineering are directly linked with manufacturing areas. The buildings use district heating, renewable electricity and green roofs to meet energy-efficiency targets.
