About Oxa
Oxa develops the software and operating tools used to automate industrial vehicles. Oxa Driver is its configurable self-driving stack, Oxa Hub supports fleet supervision and operations, and Oxa Foundry provides the development and validation toolchain used to adapt autonomy to a vehicle and operating domain. The company works with vehicle makers and site operators rather than presenting one fixed vehicle platform.
Deployments focus on repetitive driving in ports, airports, logistics facilities and other controlled industrial environments. In August 2026, Oxa and Dubai Future Foundation launched SHIFFT, a joint venture intended to combine Oxa Driver and Oxa Hub with logistics and worksite-intelligence services in Dubai. The venture announced ports and airports as its initial focus and described its first scalable commercial deployment as a future milestone, so that deployment should not yet be treated as completed.

SHIFFT combines Oxa Driver, Oxa Hub and Oxa autonomy hardware into an integrated autonomous-logistics and worksite-intelligence offering. The Lake Nona service ran Oxa Driver-powered shuttles daily along Lake Nona Boulevard. This was Oxa's second commercial software deployment with Beep. The route connected the Wave Hotel, Canvas restaurant and Lake Nona Town Center.

The February 2024 service was Oxa Driver's first commercial passenger-shuttle deployment. The FSCJ route used trained safety attendants and operated under a U.S. NHTSA-licensed autonomous-vehicle program. Seven additional passenger services using Oxa Driver were planned across U.S. and U.K. cities in 2024.
