About Planys Technologies
Planys develops remotely operated and autonomous underwater vehicles including the Orca, Beluga, Trikhand, Jal Avalokini, Svaayatt and Tritanta platforms. The systems carry cameras, sonar, positioning equipment and nondestructive-testing payloads for structural inspection, seabed survey and asset mapping in environments where divers face access, depth or safety constraints.
The company operates the robots as part of an end-to-end inspection service covering mission planning, deployment, data capture, defect identification and engineering reporting. Survey outputs can be georeferenced and compared over time to track corrosion, deformation, marine growth and structural change. Planys reports more than 20,000 hours of field operation and work for over 100 customers across ports, dams, bridges, pipelines, ships and offshore infrastructure.
