About Testnor
Testnor operates an outdoor Arctic test environment where communications, navigation and autonomous systems can be exposed to real terrain, weather and controlled electromagnetic effects. Trials can include jamming, spoofing and meaconing against radio and satellite-navigation equipment, alongside cold, snow, wind and limited-connectivity conditions that are difficult to reproduce in a conventional laboratory.
Its test workflow links field and laboratory development: engineers capture high-resolution interference and environmental data during an outdoor campaign, replay those conditions on benches, modify hardware or software and return to the range for another iteration. The company supports defence, government and industrial teams with test design, instrumentation, safety, data capture and analysis. Testnor is also a NATO DIANA test centre and maintains ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 management certifications.
