The next-generation IRON has 82 body degrees of freedom, 22 in each hand and three Turing AI chips rated by XPeng at 3,000 TOPS. XPeng demonstrated the platform in November 2025 and named guiding, retail and industrial inspection as initial directions. The company targets large-scale production by the end of 2026; this remains a forward plan, while current evidence supports development, demonstrations and partner evaluation.
