IRB 365 FlexPicker

ABB IRB 365 FlexPicker is a five-axis delta robot for high-speed picking, reorientation and packaging. It carries up to 1.5 kilograms and is offered with 800, 1,100 or 1,300 millimetre working-diameter variants. ABB specifies pose repeatability of ±0.05 millimetres.

The robot is designed for applications such as food packaging, parcel handling and bottle handling, using the fifth axis to orient products during transfer. In ABB's stated test, a one-kilogram item can be handled at up to 120 picks per minute under defined conditions. The OmniCore-controlled system's production rate depends on cell layout, end effector, motion path and product.
