AMP Delta

AMP Delta is a robotic material-sorting system for conveyor-based recovery operations. AMP Vision and AMP AI classify objects by attributes such as material type, form factor, colour, polymer and brand, then direct robotic pick-and-place actions. The product family includes Delta, Delta Tandem and Delta Compact configurations for different line layouts.

AMP states that Delta can process material at up to four times the speed of manual sorting under its operating assumptions. The system monitors performance and alerts operators when service is required. The claim is preserved as a manufacturer-reported comparison, while actual recovery rate, purity and throughput depend on feed composition, conveyor conditions, target classes and the installed Delta configuration.
