AUBO-i12

AUBO-i12 is a six-axis collaborative arm for handling, assembly and machine-loading work with larger parts or heavier tooling. Its 12 kg payload and 1,250 mm working radius give integrators a combination of load capacity and reach between the compact i7 and heavier i20. The arm can be installed at different angles around production equipment, with the tool and workpiece included in the wrist-load assessment.

The i12 is commercially supplied as part of AUBO’s i-series. Its current arm manual covers compatibility with AUBO-CB-iS controllers, mechanical installation, emergency stops and maintenance. The robot’s IP54 enclosure and Class 5 cleanroom classification apply to the arm itself. A production cell also needs a suitable end effector, process equipment and an application-specific safety configuration.
