DOBOT ATOM

About

About DOBOT ATOM

DOBOT ATOM is a full-size bipedal robot developed for industrial handling and commercial manipulation tasks. Its Neuro-Driven Dexterity System combines binocular RGB vision, Transformer-based control and high-frequency joint commands for coordinated upper-body movement. The walking system uses imitation and reinforcement learning to produce a straighter-knee gait suited to movement around workstations.

DOBOT's Robot Operator Model-1 connects perception and task instructions with action planning, while fleet functions support coordinated operation around other robots and people. Intended applications include automotive material handling, beverage preparation and pharmacy dispensing. These are configured task programmes, with tooling, learned behaviours and operating conditions determining performance. ATOM's base architecture should be distinguished from separately named higher configurations and from DOBOT's other industrial robot products.
