PandarXT-32

PandarXT-32 uses 32 vertically arranged laser channels and continuous rotation to build a full-surround 3D point cloud. Hesai's proprietary transmitter and receiver ASICs replace many discrete boards, creating a compact mid-range sensor for mobile robots, mapping, security, unmanned logistics and low-to-medium-speed vehicles. The scan covers 360 degrees horizontally and 31 degrees vertically at selectable 5, 10 or 20-hertz frame rates.

The instrumented range extends from the enclosure to 120 metres, with a stated 80-metre capability on 10-percent-reflective targets under 100-kilolux illumination. Single-return output reaches 640,000 points per second and dual return doubles that rate. The side-connector unit weighs about 800 grams, uses roughly 10 watts and carries IP6K7 ingress protection. Ethernet data, GPS or PTP timing and configurable return modes connect it to the host perception stack.
