About XENSIV BGT60TR13C
BGT60TR13C integrates one transmitter, three receivers and an L-shaped antenna array within a 6.5-by-five-millimetre package. It operates from 58 to 63.5 gigahertz and uses frequency-modulated continuous-wave sweeps to measure distance, speed and angle of arrival across a stated range of approximately 0.2–15 metres.
An internal finite-state machine manages chirps, acquisition and FIFO storage, allowing the host processor to remain in lower-power modes between measurements. SPI control, duty-cycled consumption below five milliwatts and more than five gigahertz of bandwidth support presence, gesture, people tracking, material detection, drones and compact embedded sensing.
