EPG-HP Series

EPG-HP is JODELL’s precision parallel-gripper family for assembly and handling where jaw position must remain repeatable under controlled force. The 26- and 50-millimetre-stroke models share a 5–50-newton single-finger force range and ±0.02-millimetre repeatability, with a rigid guide structure intended to limit jaw play during insertion, alignment and measurement tasks.

Integrated drive and control electronics let the gripper command position and force, return grasp status and mechanically retain a part during power loss. Mounting faces on several sides support tight workcell layouts, while software configuration and standard communications reduce the need for a separate motion controller. The family is suited to electronics, laboratory automation, precision assembly and machine tending where the same tool must handle different part widths without sacrificing controlled contact.
