About EPG-L Series

EPG-L extends JODELL’s electric parallel-gripper architecture to large components and wide openings. The family covers model-specific strokes from 42 to 220 millimetres, force settings up to 800 newtons per finger in the published range and recommended loads up to 12 kilograms, combining long travel with a high-rigidity guide and integrated controller.

Position and force feedback allow one gripper to handle several part sizes, while power-loss self-locking and stored settings protect the workpiece and reduce restart work after an interruption. The slim body can be installed in dense tooling or arranged beside other grippers for multi-part handling. Typical applications include battery modules, automotive components, trays, panels and other large items that would otherwise require pneumatic tooling, external valves and mechanical changeovers.
