Kawasaki CL110N

CL110N is the ten-kilogram member of Kawasaki's CL collaborative-arm range. The six-axis arm can mount on a floor, wall or ceiling and routes data and power internally, helping integrators keep a compact workcell clear. Kawasaki provides safety functions for position, speed, torque, zones, limits and collision detection, alongside digital, analogue and industrial-network connections for tooling and cell equipment.

Maximum reach is 1,000 millimetres, with published repeatability of plus or minus 0.02 millimetres and joint speed up to 200 degrees per second. The IP66 enclosure supports environments requiring stronger ingress protection and washdown than many collaborative arms. Those specifications do not make every motion collaborative: the end effector, workpiece, speed, separation, mounting and surrounding process must be assessed and validated for the intended task.
