OB7 Max 16

About

About OB7 Max 16

Productive Robotics’ OB7 Max 16 is a seven-axis collaborative industrial robot for machine shops and mixed factory automation. Its additional joint lets the arm approach machines and fixtures with elbow-like motion around doors, chucks and other obstructions. The 58-kilogram robot carries up to 16 kilograms and provides a 1,000-millimetre reach for configured tending or handling cells.

Operators can guide OB7 Max 16 by hand and teach actions through the supplied tablet interface. Productive Robotics presents deployments for loading mills and lathes, deburring, dispensing, packaging, testing and other repeated processes. Rolling stands, grippers and machine interfaces are separate system components selected for the job; their geometry and mass consume part of the payload and determine the usable reach, cycle time and collaborative safety design.
