MXP360L

MXP360L is Kawasaki Robotics’ six-axis floor-mounted industrial robot for heavy material handling and machine tending. It carries up to 360 kg across a maximum reach of 3,234 mm. Kawasaki places the balance mechanism inside the arm to reduce the installation envelope while maintaining a wide working range, and pairs the robot with its F02 controller.

The arm has a published repeatability of plus or minus 0.08 mm and a mass of 1,550 kg. Joint speed and allowable wrist torque vary by axis, so integrators must size the exact motion program and end tooling against the full load tables. The MXP series targets heavy-object handling and assembly where payload, reach and compact cell layout are the main selection constraints.
