LBR iisy 8 R930 is the compact 8 kg, 930 mm member of KUKA's six-axis LBR iisy cobot family. The common software and controller architecture is intended to let integrators scale from a single cobot cell into broader KUKA automation. A cobot designation does not make every application intrinsically safe: tooling, process hazards, operating speed and the completed cell risk assessment determine whether direct human collaboration is appropriate.
