MagicDog-W
About
About MagicDog-W
MagicDog-W combines four driven wheels with articulated robot legs. It rolls efficiently across roads and floors, then changes leg posture to climb steps, cross obstacles and stabilise the body on uneven ground. High-torque joint control supports rapid movement and recovery during dynamic manoeuvres.
The platform carries cameras and onboard computing for navigation, interaction and developer applications. MagicLab provides low-level and high-level control interfaces for mobility research, inspection and demonstration work. The wheel-legged architecture gives users one platform for testing both high-speed rolling and terrain-adaptive locomotion.
