TruckBot

Mujin’s TruckBot is a conveyor-attached robot designed to unload floor-loaded trailers and shipping containers at warehouse docks. It mounts to a standard telescoping conveyor and extends as far as 52 feet into the load space, handling mixed-SKU cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

MujinController plans TruckBot’s motions and picking sequence without continuous manual control. Mujin states that the system can unload up to 1,000 cases per hour. At its 2023 launch demonstration, TruckBot passed unloaded cases to a separate palletizing robot, showing how the product fits into a wider dock-to-storage automation flow.
