Nachi MZ25

MZ25 is Nachi's six-axis industrial robot for material handling, assembly and machine-support cells. It carries up to 25 kilograms across a 1,882 mm reach and is specified for ±0.04 mm repeatability. The arm weighs about 250 kilograms and carries IP67 protection, making it suitable for factory layouts that need a medium payload over a relatively broad working envelope.

The MZ-series design supplies the motion platform for a separately engineered application. Integrators select the gripper or process tool, controller options, mounting, fixtures and safeguarding, and must account for tool mass and load inertia when confirming capacity. Published repeatability describes positioning under specified conditions; cycle time and process quality depend on the complete cell, programmed path and handled part.
