About Nachi MZ35S
Nachi MZ35S is a six-axis member of the MZ industrial-robot line, sized between general handling arms and much larger heavy-payload machines. The robot carries 35 kg across a 1,882 mm reach, weighs 250 kg and is specified at ±0.05 mm position repeatability. Floor, inverted and angled mounting options let integrators place the arm around machine tools, conveyors and pallet stations rather than designing every cell around one base orientation.
The standard body and wrist are rated IP67-equivalent, although the wire-harness section and controller have separate, lower protection conditions described by Nachi. An ISO Class 4-equivalent cleanroom configuration is also offered when installed and prepared under the stated cleanroom conditions. Published applications include machine loading, picking, material handling, palletizing and dispensing. The 35 kg headline is a payload limit rather than a guaranteed process envelope: wrist moments, inertia, joint position, speed, mounting, end effector and environmental options determine usable performance in the finished cell.
