Reflex is Reflex Robotics’ wheeled humanoid for repetitive manufacturing and logistics work. Its dual-arm upper body works with existing carts, shelves, scanners and touchscreens, while the mobile base lets it move between process steps. The manufacturer lists a 23-kilogram payload, two-metre reach and 16-hour battery runtime; achievable work depends on the task and operating conditions.

A custom supervision layer lets remote personnel recover execution when an autonomous policy encounters unfamiliar conditions. Reflex Intelligence uses experience from supervised work to improve repeated workflows over time. GXO’s warehouse programme is a pilot evaluating tote transfer and picking, with autonomy dependent on the workflow and continuing support from supervisors. The offering combines the robot with workflow support and continuing supervision.
