About RB-KAIROS
RB-KAIROS is an indoor omnidirectional autonomous mobile robot for logistics and industrial transport. Its mecanum-wheel base carries 100 kg in the standard configuration or up to 250 kg with Robotnik's stronger wheel option, while the compact steel chassis can move in any direction in constrained production and laboratory spaces.
Robotnik specifies up to 12 hours of operation, 1.5 m/s maximum speed and IP42 protection. The standard system includes an i7 computer, 5G router, IMU, RGB-D camera, two safety lidars, a safety PLC and a charging station on a ROS 2 architecture. Adding a compatible Universal Robots e-Series arm creates the separately identified RB-KAIROS+ mobile manipulator.
