Seaeye Falcon-DR

Seaeye Falcon-DR is a deep-rated inspection ROV with five thrusters and a compact body just over a metre long. Rated to 1,000 metres, it combines camera and lighting equipment with automatic heading and depth functions to help maintain a steady view of underwater structures.

The surface system uses touchscreen and joystick controls, with configurable displays and diagnostic feedback. Fibre-optic or twisted-pair connections carry data and video, and optional winches support deployment. Inspection tools can include sonar, thickness measurement and cathodic-potential probes, while manipulator options extend the vehicle to light handling. An optional altimeter adds altitude measurement and automatic height control above the seabed.
