Seaeye Lynx

Seaeye Lynx is Saab Seaeye’s observation and inspection ROV rated for work at depths up to 1,500 metres. Four horizontal and two vertical thrusters support movement around offshore structures, while automatic heading and depth control help the pilot hold position. Interchangeable tooling skids use a dedicated tooling power supply.

The fibre-optic link supports up to four simultaneous video channels, with an HD camera available as an option. Surface equipment combines pilot controls, monitors and power supplies, either as standalone units or within a control cabin. Lynx can operate directly on a tether or with a Type 8 tether-management system for deployment at working depth.
