TM20S

TM20S is the higher-payload model in Techman Robot’s S-series, combining a six-axis arm with a camera integrated near the wrist. The robot carries heavier grippers and workpieces for machine loading, pallet handling, assembly and inspection while retaining vision-guided positioning. Safety-rated monitoring and force-limiting functions support deployment in collaborative or guarded production cells based on the completed risk assessment.

Techman’s software environment handles robot motion, camera calibration, landmark recognition and AI-assisted visual inspection. Integrators connect the controller to end effectors, safety equipment, machines and plant networks through industrial interfaces. The TM20S is commercially available through Techman Robot’s distributor and system-integrator network for production applications that require the S-series software stack with greater payload capacity.
