Mass Data Collection

Trossen’s Mass Data Collection platform packages robot arms, teleoperation controls, cameras, compute and operator interfaces into repeatable stations for producing manipulation datasets. Hardware synchronises images, joint state and other sensor information so episodes can be compared and combined across many operators and facilities without reconstructing the capture stack for each site.

Stationary, Solo and Mobile AI configurations support different task and workspace requirements, while ROS, Python, C++, Hugging Face LeRobot and other software interfaces connect collected records to training pipelines. Trossen provides installation, fleet management and hardware designed for dense operation, including collision checks and rapid serviceability for large capture programmes.
