Mobile AI

About

About Mobile AI

Mobile AI packages robot arms, a mobile base, cameras and control hardware into a configurable platform for recording manipulation while the system moves through a workspace. The hardware supports teleoperated demonstrations, synchronised sensor capture and experiments that combine navigation with object interaction. Researchers can collect joint states, commands and visual observations from a repeatable physical setup for policy training and evaluation.

Trossen supplies the configuration as part of its AI research hardware range, with ROS-compatible software and components that can be modified by the customer. Labs use it to study mobile manipulation, imitation learning and whole-task autonomy using a common hardware baseline. The system is sold directly with documentation, replacement components and technical support.
