MOTOMAN NEX10

MOTOMAN NEX10 is Yaskawa's six-axis adaptive industrial robot with a ten-kilogram payload and 1,200 mm working range. The arm weighs 57 kilograms and is specified for ±0.02 mm repeatability, with IP67 protection and floor, wall, ceiling or inclined mounting options. Integrated routing supports cleaner cell layouts around the wrist and upper arm.

As part of the MOTOMAN NEXT range, NEX10 is intended for applications that combine conventional industrial motion with sensors and software-driven adaptation. The robot is still one component of a system: tooling, perception, fixtures, controller configuration and safety measures determine the actual workflow. Payload, reach and repeatability should therefore be evaluated against the selected end effector and workpiece; they do not prove a complete task.
