About Physical Intelligence
Physical Intelligence develops general-purpose vision-language-action models for controlling robots across varied tasks and embodiments.
Its pi model family learns from multi-robot data, language instructions and subsequent experience to perform manipulation tasks such as folding, packing and kitchen cleanup. Research also covers memory, online reinforcement learning and human-to-robot transfer. The models provide a control-policy layer; physical limits, safety and task reliability remain dependent on the integrated robot and deployment.
