igus supplies polymer motion components and related automation hardware for robot systems. Its portfolio covers cable carriers and robot dresspacks, flexible and control cables, bearings, linear guides, actuators, pneumatic hoses and mounting accessories for moving axes and machine cells. The RBTX marketplace extends that component role into low-cost automation and mobile-robot systems.
In a robotic installation, igus parts manage energy and data across joints, support linear or rotary motion, protect cables and provide mechanical interfaces around the machine. igus also offers mobile-robot products and automation solutions, with the exact motor, carriage, cable assembly or robot kit tied to the selected model and integration.

The platform carries up to 250 kg or tows up to 900 kg and travels at up to 2 m/s. Its chassis measures 795 × 560 × 195 mm and weighs 60 kg. igus reported using the platform in production to move goods away from injection-moulding machines and said an automated container-transport configuration was completed in two months.
