About Noah Medical
Noah Medical develops robotic equipment for minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment. Its Galaxy robotic-assisted bronchoscopy system helps physicians navigate airways and position biopsy tools near lung lesions. Pre-procedure CT planning, robotic scope control and imaging during the procedure are combined so the clinician can locate the target and confirm the tool’s position before taking a sample.
The platform pairs a robotic cart with a single-use bronchoscope, an always-on camera, suction and irrigation. Disposable scopes remove the reprocessing step between cases. Commercially launched in August 2026, the Galaxy II software adds dual-mode imaging: physicians can switch between high-definition digital tomosynthesis and cone-beam CT during a procedure. Augmented fluoroscopy overlays the lesion and tool pathway on live X-ray images, supporting adjustments as anatomy or instruments move.

Timeline
Events
- 2026-08-11 - Product Launch - Noah Medical commercially launches Galaxy II bronchoscopy software
Physicians can switch between high-definition digital tomosynthesis and cone-beam CT during a procedure without moving to a separate platform. The update combines navigation with real-time lesion and tool confirmation to address CT-to-body and tool-tissue divergence. Noah cites published literature indicating that HD-DT can support most cases with up to ten times lower radiation dose than CBCT.
