About
About Reflex Robotics
Reflex Robotics develops wheeled humanoid robots for manufacturing and logistics. Its dual-arm platform moves between existing workstations and handles objects using the carts, shelves, scanners and touchscreens already present on a customer’s floor. The system combines robot hardware, a supervision layer for recovery and Reflex Intelligence, which learns from repeated work.
Human supervisors can intervene when a workflow encounters variability that the autonomous policy cannot handle. Those interventions provide training material for subsequent runs, so the commercial approach combines continuing support with increasing task autonomy. GXO selected Reflex for an operational-incubator pilot to test warehouse applications, including tote handling and picking. The company also selected manufacturing software for traceability and quality control as it develops production capacity. Pilot programmes and manufacturing preparations remain distinct from a quantified, scaled fleet.

Locus disclosed the collaboration in its March10,2025 LocusINTELLIGENCE announcement. The companies explored how humanoids could augment existing warehouse automation, including induction and putaway. A demonstration of the two automation solutions working together was planned for ProMat in March2025.
Source - 2024-09-18 - Partnership - GXO partners with Reflex Robotics to deploy warehouse automation
GXO announced a partnership with Reflex Robotics to test humanoid-style warehouse automation in live logistics operations. The company described it as its second Robots-as-a-Service agreement. This is a clean add to GXO's robotics timeline because it shows active experimentation with another humanoid-robot provider beyond Agility.
