About Pivot Robotics
Pivot Robotics builds autonomous part-processing and inspection systems for manufacturing. Its camera-first platform scans the actual part, generates toolpaths without requiring a CAD model and adjusts force and motion as geometry, thermal conditions, feedback and tool wear change.
The same perception stack supports grinding, cutting, sanding, machining and spraying, then feeds defect detection, gauging and quality analytics for closed-loop inspection. Pivot says its grinding cells process more than 5,000 parts per week in North American foundries and achieve repeatable 1 mm tolerances on cast-iron programmes.
