Autonomous Solutions, Inc. develops vehicle-autonomy hardware, software and fleet management for off-road machinery. Its technology converts existing vehicles in mining, construction, agriculture, logistics and landscaping into remotely supervised autonomous systems while preserving their core mechanical platform.
Drive-by-wire controls, perception, positioning and onboard computing execute tasks, and the Mobius environment plans routes, dispatches vehicles and monitors mixed fleets. ASI works with equipment manufacturers and operators on prototype development through production deployment, supporting applications such as haulage, mowing, proving-ground testing and material movement. The company supplies integration engineering, field commissioning and lifecycle support.

The transaction brings Scythe Sight computer vision and M.52 field experience into ASI's Mobius off-road autonomy portfolio. Scythe said M.52 systems mowed nearly 2 billion square feet for customers across 30 states during 2025.

The initial phase covered five Komatsu 930-E haul trucks at the Arturo operation. The project was the first major autonomous haulage deployment in the continental United States. The deployment used ASI Mining Mobius haulage autonomy for mine traffic and haul-cycle coordination.
