About CACI
CACI International was founded in 1962 and is a public U.S. government technology and services contractor headquartered in Reston, Virginia. Its wider portfolio spans command, control and communications, cyber, space, intelligence and spectrum operations. Its robotics exposure is concentrated in counter-uncrewed-aircraft systems within that wider defence business.
SkyValor combines sensors, command-and-control and effectors into a modular counter-UAS architecture. In July 2026, CACI received a $500 million ceiling IDIQ and the first task order supporting JIATF-401’s Domestic Shield effort, establishing a current programme path beyond demonstration. The ceiling is not guaranteed revenue: funding and deployment depend on individual task orders. CACI supplies the integrated defence system, while customer agencies determine operational configuration and rules of engagement.
