Modification P00005 raises contract FA8691-26-C-B007 to $100.469 million from $85.643 million. The full $14.826 million action was obligated at award using fiscal 2025 rapid-acquisition-authority funds. Work will take place at locations globally and is scheduled through March 26, 2031.
Source - 2026-08-06 - Contract Award - DZYNE receives more than $6 million AFRL award for Long-Range Grasshopper
The work covers enhancements to the Long-Range Grasshopper autonomous launch-and-landing system under an Air Force Research Laboratory contract valued at more than $6 million. The programme will advance long-range precision delivery and contested-logistics applications for the autonomous glider system. Earlier 2024–2025 testing validated autonomous deployment, jet-engine air-start, extended-range navigation and precision payload delivery; the Grasshopper glider architecture has carried payloads of up to 500 pounds.
Source - 2026-07-20 - Market Signal - Ondas discloses $6.9M value of DZYNE Australian DTIM award
The underlying DZYNE-HIFraser award was first announced on September 15, 2025 under Australia's LAND 156 Phase 1 programme. Ondas' July 20, 2026 release supplies the exact $6.9 million value and says production capacity is already scaled. Ondas Sentinel will begin delivery of DTI systems under the contract; no new order quantity or separate follow-on award was disclosed.
Source - 2026-07-06 - Acquisition - DZYNE Technologies acquired by Ondas for $875.8M
The transaction combines DZYNE autonomous defense systems with Ondas autonomous defense and security portfolio. The acquired portfolio includes ISR aircraft, C-UAS, autonomous effects and AI-enabled mission orchestration systems. The event adds concrete context for unmanned aircraft, drone autonomy or counter-drone operations.
