About RACOM AS
RACOM AS integrates radar, video, access-control, alarm and other sensor systems into shared operational security platforms. Its work is aimed at critical-infrastructure and defence users that need multiple detection feeds correlated into a common operating picture, with alerts and response workflows presented through a single event-management layer.
The Norwegian company works with Spotter Global on drone and surface-threat detection. Their collaboration includes the Remote Drone ID receiver and multi-domain field demonstrations at REPMUS, where radar data was collected from a moving uncrewed surface vessel. RACOM is represented as the systems integrator and field partner, not as the manufacturer of Spotter Global’s radar hardware.

- 2026-09-25 - Demonstration - Spotter Global validates moving-USV radar collection at REPMUS
The GAX500-3D tracked aerial drones while the C1200 tracked boats at about 2 km and small USVs at 600–1,000 m. A mobile surveillance kit combined GAX500-3D with NetworkedIO edge video-AI classification. Spotter and RACOM AS supported the Norwegian Home Guard during the exercise.
