About CGI Motion
CGI Motion designs and manufactures precision transmission assemblies used between motors and moving mechanisms. Its standard range includes inline and right-angle planetary gearheads for servo, stepper, permanent-magnet DC and AC induction motors, with configurations balancing torque density, backlash, shaft loading and packaging. Washdown-ready stainless products extend this motion layer into food, pharmaceutical and other hygiene-sensitive equipment.
The Carson City operation also cuts gears, machines tight-tolerance parts, assembles electromechanical systems and tests completed gearheads.
